Code of Corporate Ethics

These guidelines establish standards for employees' proper conduct and ethical judgment to foster a sound corporate culture.
Employees shall uphold an honest and fair attitude, build a transparent corporate culture to earn public trust,
and pursue mutual benefits with stakeholders through fair business practices.

  • As a defense industry company, we recognize our role as a provider of public goods and fulfill our duty and pride in national defense by delivering high-quality products and services.
  • We create value through management innovation and sound profit generation, and contribute to national development through responsible tax compliance.
  • We create quality jobs to meet employees' needs, and employees fulfill their responsibilities as members of society to contribute to local community development.

Responsibility to Customers

  • We provide customers with the highest quality and service at reasonable prices, always respond to legitimate customer requests, and conduct all transactions based on customer-centric judgment and action.
  • All transactions build mutual trust and cooperation through fair competition in good faith and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Customer information obtained through business activities shall not be disclosed externally or used for any other purpose.

Employee Ethics and Responsibilities

  • Employees establish sound values based on honesty and fairness, and strive to improve work efficiency through self-development and diligent performance of duties.
  • Employees shall not engage in unethical or illegal conduct, such as accepting any form of monetary benefit or favor related to their duties, or using company assets for personal purposes.
  • The company must not condone any illegal or harmful acts by employees and shall practice transparent management for stakeholders in the business environment, including employees and shareholders.
  • Employees respect each other's dignity, observe courtesy, and refrain from any conduct that undermines a healthy workplace, including sexual jokes, advances, or physical contact that cause sexual humiliation.
